Tasting Notes: Gorgeous unsulhured Nebbiolo. Great body, tannins, earthy, leathery, just beautiful. Deep and complex. The only natural Nebbiolo in Ghemme.

Pairings: Grilled Meats, Agnolotti, Bollito Misto.
