Tasting Notes: Crazy Wine. Rich, intense, complex. Aromatics of mushrooms, truffles, ink, tobacco, earth. Full bodied but with plenty of acid. Will age for a long time.

Pairings: Roasted Lamb, Cavatelli con Ragu’, Aged Provolone.
