Type: Sparkling Orange.

Alcohol: 11% Vol.

Grapes: Pignoletto and Montuni.

Soil: Clay and Limestone.

Winemaking: 2 weeks maceration in steel. Bottle refermented with grape must.

Sulphur: 20 ppm.

Tasting Notes: Citrus, herbaceous. Good acid and minerality. Bottle won’t last 20 minutes .

Pairings: Gnocco fritto, tortellini, pretty much do whatever you want with it.
